One location for installing the
transmission temp gauge sender is in
the test port located here on the
passenger side of the transmission
housing.
The plug is removed (arrow) and a
sender extender (Part #: DM-SNDX) is
installed to accept the sender.
Because the port isn't deep enough
to allow for the sender to be
installed by itself, the sender
extender is used.
